The space The property has retained its neo-colonial style since it was built in 1978 but adapted to modernity. It has an electric fence and its own parking inside the house and is distributed as follows: The main entrance is through the house's garage, and it is totally independent. When you go down the garage stairs that lead to the annex, you will find the pool and the front patio, where you can relax and have a pleasant time. Inside the annex you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator, appliances, kitchen utensils and cleaning tools; a living room with comfortable furniture and chairs where you can enjoy series, movies and sporting events on television. On the other hand, you will find the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed and a fairly large closet to store clothes and other belongings. In the same space you will find the bathroom which has hot water and bathroom amenities. Separated by a screen, you will find the second bedroom where the single bed and air conditioning are located, which perfectly cools the entire apartment.
