Blue Marlin - It's all about location

Location, Location, Location. This property features the perfect location for relaxing, with close beach and boardwalk access. The property is a half block from the beach and boardwalk and is in walking distance to Ocean City's downtown attractions. If the beach isn't for you, just sit back and relax, read, talk or people watch from the large deck. The property is perfect for families of all ages. The space The property was constructed in the 30's and is located in a block with other similar era homes. The property proximity is close to the beach and boardwalk... it's all about location. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, toaster, plates, potholders, can openers, etc. Prior to your arrival, if there is something specific you require for your cooking experience, please let me know. That item may be part of the kitchen inventory but not listed or I may have that item in another unit or location. Handyman: During the summer rental season, there are times when a cabinet handle comes off, a door sticks or a lock malfunctions. We have a local handyman available to address issues that may arise during your stay. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed and you don't want to be bothered during your stay, please let us know so we can have the issue addressed after your departure. Cleaning: Prior to Guest arrival, our professional cleaner will ensure the apartment is clean and inspected prior to your arrival. Based on feedback from a few guests, I decided to hire new cleaners for the 2026 rental season. Cleanliness is very important to me. If you have any issues with the cleanliness of the unit, please reach out and share your concerns. Cleaning supplies for Guest use will be available and include but not limited to hand sanitizer, window cleaner, vacuum, broom, mop, Lysol, toilet bowl cleaner, dish detergent... Parking: There is off-street parking for (1) vehicle located on the property. I have a second off-street parking spot available for $20/night. There are free, first come parking spots along most of the side streets. Charcoal Grill: A grill is available for all Guests. Please clean up after using the grilling area, and do not leave personal belongings behind after grilling. Your unit is equipped with a set of grilling utensils and a catty carrier for carrying your grilling extras. In the grilling area, there is a stainless-steel prep table. The grill is charcoal, and charcoal is not provided, but sometimes a Guest may leave extra charcoal and lighter fluid in the storage area under the prep table. Washer/Dryer: There is a washer/dryer in a laundry area off of the first-floor rear deck. This is a shared washer/dryer for all units. Hours of use for washer/dryer: 9am-8pm. What Gues needs to bring: Guest supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. The cleaner will leave one roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue and two trash bags. An optional linen package is available for this property for $70. Linens would be delivered to the condo on the evening of your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. If you would like to purchase a linen package, please text me. NO SMOKING. NO VAPING. NO PETS. Smoking is fine on the deck or in the yard. Guest access The yard is common area used by all Guests. There is a park grill and stainless steel worktable at the back of the property. In the kitchen, you will find a grilling utensil kit along with a grill caddy for carrying grilling extras. Please clean up after using the grill area and place cover over park grill. Thanks in advance... Other things to note There is one assigned off-street parking spot. If Guests have a second vehicle, on-street parking on a first come basis is available on 11th. St 12th.
