Midtown Oasis! Studio nestled in lush backyard complete with pool (unheated) & citrus trees in season Feb-April. Side entrance through shared yard. Centrally located for Gem Show & Festival of Books or just visiting the sunny Southwest! Tucson Botanical Gardens within walking distance. UA, Sabino Canyon short 15 min drive. Close to Trader Joe’s, laundry-mat, & bus route. The space Morning birds, a soothing pool waterfall and delicious citrus you can pick and eat make this a desert oasis! The 210 foot studio has a cooking surface, pans, dishes, a refrigerator & an outside BBQ are all a part of your casita stay! Guest access Pool and studio patio are for guests to enjoy! There is a BBQ & fire pit also. Other things to note The bathroom has a curtain door.
