Next to a very good bakery and the Carrefour supermarket. Former wash house and charming stream below the garden. Departure from the hiking trail along the banks of the Odet river. Extra: an extra bed for children is available in the TV room. The space A large room that includes the kitchen and dining room overlooking the terrace. A large bedroom with a double bed adjoining a shower room with separate toilets. A small TV room without a window with a single extra bed (rather for a child). Guest access Parking in front of the house. From the Penfoul roundabout, you can access the Carrefour supermarket. The sea is 5 minutes away by car. The bakery is a 1-minute walk away. Other things to note Large house with a separate entrance for the 2-room apartment on the garden level. Note: only one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the office.
