Enjoy a peaceful stay in our family home: a stylish, recently built townhouse located on an exclusive, family friendly estate 25 minute walk to Durham City Centre. Situated in a semi-rural location you can enjoy the amenities of Durham City as well as beautiful countryside with extensive walking routes on your doorstep. The open plan kitchen dining space offers family living while there is a seperate living room upstairs. Both bedrooms are furnished with king sized beds. The space Built in summer 2021, the house is in a nearly new condition. On the ground floor there is a generous sized open plan kitchen dining space with French doors to the garden and a small WC. Our beautiful garden features a large outdoor sofa, outdoor dining area, bbq area and children’s play equipment. The first floor has a living room, bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, and a bedroom with king size bed. There is a large balcony leading from the living room with an outdoor seating area. Floor 2 has the master bedroom with a king sized bed and WC including walk in shower. There are two small children's rooms on this floor, which are closed to guests and used for storage. Guest access There is dedicated parking for 2 cars at the house and additional free guest parking bays nearby. The area has many scenic footpaths which lead to the city centre and along the riverfront for spectacular views of the cathedral.
