Coldspring's Cute Cottage - Relaxing Getaway

Our country yet modern designed home is located 2 minutes from the heart of Coldspring and roughly 5 minutes from Lake Livingston. Whether you're visiting our small rural town to hike the trails of Sam Houston National Forest, hanging out on Lake Livingston, or simply looking to relax, our home is the perfect place for you. You’ll have quick and easy access to everything Coldspring has to offer, along with peace and tranquility. The space This is a newly renovated two bedroom, one bath home, located off HWY 156. Most visitors choose Coldspring to detach from the busyness of life; go off the grid. However, this space does have wifi and a smart tv in each room that will allow you to login to your streaming services. Guest access Our home has it's own parking space. Although we're not nested on the lake, we have plenty parking to accommodate a boat or camper trailer. Access to the lake is a quick drive. Other things to note We enjoy a good time, but please do not book this home if you are wanting to host a party. We offer ample outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying yourself but we do not allow parties. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
