A safe residential area a short walk from the centre. Close to Sophia Gardens and Cardiff Central Station. The House is modern, airy and beautifully furnished. Please note there is no parking available at the property. The space The house is split into two homes. As you go through the front door the first door on your left numbered 1 is where you will be staying. This is a 3 storey house so you will need to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms are bright and airy with plenty of space for storage and hanging clothes. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a lovely rain shower, w/c and sink. The bedroom on the top floor has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower, free standing bath, w/c and sink. The lounge and kitchen-diner is a wonderful open space that can be separated by the feature double doors. A large glass door leads to a bijous open patio. There is Free wifi and TV. As the home is split we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum in the house especially at night, and when entering and leaving the property as it is a residential area so please be respectful of our neighbours. Guest access The whole apartment is private and for guest use only Other things to note Please note that there is no parking available at the house. Hamilton Street is controlled by permit parking and patrolled regularly. Paid parking is available at Sophia Gardens.
