Egdon Heath is exclusively designed for holidays, a modern yet comfortable living space & enclosed private garden. The 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a WC there is space for everyone. It has a real home from home feel complete with everything you need for the duration of your countryside stay. The space Egdon Heath is a warm & contemporary holiday cottage, perfect for pets, families and groups. Featuring a welcoming and open hallway you will instantly feel right at home. The spacious open plan, living/dining creates an area for everyone to come together and enjoy meals or relax with views over the beautiful Dorset countryside, sit on the terrace with a delicious BBQ or cosy up in front of the smart TV after a busy day exploring the area. In the new modern kitchen you will find a range of appliances including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer/dryer along with ambient LED lighting. The cottage has 3 spacious comfortable bedrooms each with its own smart TV and blackout blinds. The large master bedroom is on the ground floor with a a spotless ensuite with walk in shower (new in 2026). Upstairs a further family bathroom with bath over shower. The property has on demand good pressure hot water. Upstairs there are two flexible bedrooms with comfortable zip lock beds that can be converted into twins or super king beds as required by your group. If you really have to work or check in with reality there is great WiFi and plenty of space to set up for the essential before getting back to the fun of a stay on the Dorset Coast and Countryside Outside you can enjoy the views of the countryside from your own private enclosed decking/garden which is suitable for pets or children. Egdon Heath is located very close to the fantastic attractions in the area including the delights of Monkey World, Sand World, The Sealife Centre, The Tank Musem, Dorset County Museum, Thomas Hardy's Cottage, the local markets and walking/cycling routes, the beaches and watersports available close by. Guest access The cottage is entirely yours, with 2 parking spaces at the front of each cottage. We can accommodate for larger vehicles and trailers on request. There is an enclosed private garden and decking area with your own use of BBQ and garden furniture. There are also public footpaths very close by. The yard is for equine customers and their horses, for your safety please don't explore alone, however we would be happy to show you round. Please just get in touch. Other things to note The upstairs bedrooms have a sloped ceilings. Cottages are set adjacent to a working livery yard.
