Our beach house is a luxurious retreat with breathtaking ocean views, just a 12-minute walk from the peaceful and secluded Praia das Minas. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a BBQ area with its own outdoor kitchen. On the ground level enjoy a pool, BBQ area with kitchen, and spacious entertainment area with guest bathrooms. On the first floor, there is the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with laundry machines and dryers, guest bathroom, dining and living room with veranda and the bedroom, Delta, with ocean view, a queen bed, and en suite bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find the main bedroom, Alpha, with breathtaking ocean views, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom with his and her toilets. Beta bedroom with ocean view, a queen bed, a single bed, and an en suite bathroom. The kid's bedroom, Gamma, with two single beds, toys, and a desk area. On the rooftop, you can enjoy the 360˚ view in the 6 person jacuzzi or on the lounge chairs. The house is surrounded by beautiful green rainforest. The kids can enjoy a 3 story treehouse with a swinging bridge and ocean view. The house comes with 3 staff members who clean, cook, do laundry, and is available to assist you. Whether you just want to relax on the beach or enjoy a family getaway, our house has something for you! Guest access There is free, secure parking for 3 cars behind the gate. Guests have private access to the entire house and the upper half of the property. The house is on a 3500m2 property. The property is divided by a fence. There is a private house with a separate entrance on the lower half of the property. Other things to note The house comes with staff members who clean, do laundry, and are available to assist you. The house is surrounded by nature, which we consider a gift. Though our cleaning standards are very high, this does not stop insects, geckos, and others from visiting the house and property.
