You can assist our volunteers in feeding and caring for the animals or just hanging out with them. Be prepared to get hay in your hair and peace in your heart We have other guests in their own separate accommodations apart from our house.They may be encountered in the common areas Guest access The 24 acres contains a petting zoo with miniature goats, pigs, rescued ponies and horses, and gentle Irish horses. There are some indoor animals cats and small dogs. They are not allowed in your guest area. If you have allergies we may not be a good fit.The barbecue area is a fun spot to gather and enjoy the country and mountain views. You are close to all amenities but secluded in a private & peaceful setting. If you plan to invite outside guests, please speak to us first. If you have young children in diapers, please put the used diapers in plastic and in the trash receptacle, which we will be happy to show you. Because we have a kitchen does not mean your rental includes it. Food in the rooms is problematic. Please speak to us and we will try to accommodate you. There are some great restaurants in the local area. Guests are welcome to use our indoor and outdoor dining areas. During your stay We operated an equestrian B&B in Ocala Fl. so love to meet and greet and assist our guest with reservations and concierge service Other things to note The house is decorated with California antiques many from the historic Joseph Cuneo/A.P. Giannini family. The bedroom is warm and cozy with a bed d( en suite of course)and 2 bunk beds if needed for 2 more guests. There is an extra guest service fee of $45.00 person per night for every guest after two. Companion animals are welcome provided they are under your control at all times. Please don't leave them alone here without making special arrangements for us to look after them for you. If they are going to sleep on the bed please ask us for a special coverlet and please don't leave pee pads on the floor. We would prefer the dogs are curbed outside and will help you just let us know.
