Living Room/Kitchen • The apartment features an open living room and kitchen space. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and essentials like microwave, oven, toaster, tea kettle, and air fryer. It includes all the utensils, plates, glasses, and cooking pots you might need during your stay. • The living room boasts a 43-inch TV. • Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or enjoy meals at the 6-seater dining table. • A bar counter with wine and whiskey glasses, plus other bar accessories, is perfect for evening relaxation. Bedroom/Bathroom • All bedrooms feature king-sized beds. • All bathrooms have modern fixtures for a comfortable stay. • Enjoy entertainment with a 65-inch TV in the master bedroom and 43-inch TVs in the other two bedrooms. Balconies • Step out to enjoy the serene outdoor balconies, where you can unwind in a stylish and cozy setting. Guest access Security -There is an exterior security camera that will stay active during guest stays Check-in / Check out - Access to the society and the apartment is by a key code that will be generated a day before your arrival. You don't need keys to access the place. - You can check in as late as you want. Check-out is at 12pm. We like to stick to those times so that cleaners can get the place ready, but will try to accommodate different check-in/check-out times on a per case basis PLEASE take good care of the apartment, as you would do of your own home. We love our apartment dearly, and can't wait to welcome you! There is a convenience store inside the society. There is a mall ~ 200ms from the apartment. You can use Zomato and Swiggy to order food from a number of good restaurants around (We'd love to share with you our recommendations!) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There are no time restrictions and you can enter and exit anytime. Uber, Ola, and other ride shares are easily available Other things to note House Rules & Important Notes • Quiet Hours: Neighbours should not be disturbed. No parties or events allowed. Please keep music low after 10 PM. • Winter Power Usage: During December and January, the maximum power load is 5kW. This allows for the use of up to 3 geysers or oil heaters/radiators simultaneously.
