La Castanea: nature / pool / panoramic view

Spacious Ardèche house with free-form swimming pool secured by barriers overlooking a pretty panoramic view, facing south, quiet and close to pretty tourist sites, beautiful services, ideal for a vacation with friends or families with children. Barbecue, ping pong table, petanque court... We are almost 700 m above sea level, it is very nice in summer but it is ventilated and pleasant without air conditioning. Specific information for cleaning and laundry below. The space As the house is located in the village of Genestelle, outdoor parties are not allowed after midnight, nor loud music during the day! Guest access You have the whole house to yourself Other things to note We chose to make the cleaning fee optional. You are therefore required to leave the house perfectly clean after your stay. If you wish, you can add it to the rental (notify if possible 1 month before your arrival for organization, unless late booking) at the rate of €150 per stay. In any case, an arrival kit awaits you with sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. Upon request and when it is possible to organize, you can stay beyond 10 a.m. (6 p.m. maximum) with the late check-out option at €120.
