This one story house has a spacious open floor plan living with a nice sized kitchen, eat up bar, dining table and comfortable living room with a big screen TV. French doors open to the deck. Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. The house is a 5 min drive to the beach, 5 min drive to Perdido Key Golf Club and Lost Key Golf Club, 12 min drive to the famous Flora-bama, 2 min drive to Innerarity Point Park, and surrounded by fun, delicious restaurants! You’ll find everything you need near by! Guest access Guests have all access to the house and private fenced in yard except the garage. We have a propane BBQ grill for you to use and all your beach supplies (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys).
