The outdoor area has a swimming pool with a waterfall, tables with chairs, sun loungers, a complete barbecue area, a bathroom with a shower, a beautiful green area in the back, and a garage for 4 cars. It is 7 km long, frequented by families, with clean sand, suitable for bathing, great for fishing, excellent for sports such as: walking, running, soccer, volleyball, tennis, beach tennis, cycling, among many others. At one of its ends, around the hill, you can see the Guaratuba River, which we advise you to visit, where you can swim, fish and spend a wonderful day. (On site is the Ricardo and Noelly trailer with food and drink options) Inside the condominium near the mountain is the beautiful waterfall, which is well worth the walk and experiencing this paradise! (we suggest going with a tour guide) The region has tourist attractions and splendid cuisine with well-known restaurants, bars, pizzerias and ice cream parlors. There is also easy access to the mall, supermarkets and pharmacies.
