The space A detached house in a green setting The Route des Serves gives way to a small, passable dirt road, 30 m long, which leads you to this 79 m2 gîte, ideally placed on a fully enclosed and wooded garden of 1800 m2. This vacation rental enjoys an exceptional environmental location, offering you an unobstructed view of the forest and surrounding meadows. A large gravel courtyard will serve as a parking lot and playground. On the ground floor: A spacious living room welcomes you under its cathedral ceiling. It consists of a living-dining room area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. (2 sofas including a convertible, pellet stove, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee makers, induction hob...) Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a 140 x 190 bed, a desk, and a dressing room. A staircase leads to bedroom 2, located upstairs. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, table and iron. Upstairs: Bedroom 2: Located on the mezzanine, above bedroom number 1, it has 2 90 x 140 cm beds. Towels and sheets are provided. Outside: A covered and flowered patio, ideal for outdoor vacations: (large table, deckchairs, barbecue...) lets you consider beautiful naps and sweet evenings. A bicycle shelter will allow you to store your bicycles safely.
