The room has hive controlled central heating with a extra heater available if required. Carpeted, with its own en suite shower and toilet. The room is has spacious living area and includes a table for four. Two single beds convert into a double and a pull out spring loaded sofa bed. Games cupboard. Wall mounted TV/DVD player. Free WIFI. Toiletries, linen and towels provided. Private off road parking. Breakfast of tea/coffee and toast are included. Guest access Guest access is via back garden. Keysafe located nearby. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden facilities. There is an outside table and chairs, garden bench and wicker sofa for chill out time in the garden. Tea/Coffee facilities are provided. Lots of books, games, and beach equipment are available. Just ask. Please use the off road access from top of brow (as the road opposite Alameda is unsuitable for access ..it’s rocky ,uneven and unmaintained ...we use access from top Other things to note Private parking off road for several cars. There is a tumble drier we prefer the outside clothes line (especially during summer months).
