Spanish Lessons & Family Homestay

Two comfortable rooms in a beautiful house, located in a safe area, very central and close to everything. Away from the traffic noise and near the parks and the soccer stadium. Besides, you'll have an amazing view of the city and the surroundings The space You will be staying with a Bolivian family and will have the option to take qualified Spanish lessons with the family host (a professional language teacher) in our house near Mirafliores. We're very centrally located, 10 minutes walk from and to the centre, near the parks and the soccer stadium Hernando Siles in Miraflores. The house is on Avenida Simon Bolivar, which connects Avenida Camacho that is parallel to Avenida 16 de Julio (Main avenue). Miraflores is a safe area, close to banks, ATMs, markets, shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. It is also near the hospitals and the Medicine Faculty of Universidad Mayor de San Andres. We'll provide you with breakfast and the following amenities: kitchen use, washing machine, cable tv, dvd player and Wi-Fi internet. Lunch or dinner, including vegetarian meals, would be provided on request (35 bs). We're always willing to provide you with any information, tips or useful hints about the city and to tell you about different cultural aspects. If you are to come with your partner, you can request the double room upstairs with a Queen size bed and cable tv. The Spanish lessons are available anytime during your stay, 1-4 hrs/day. (70 Bs/hr), which includes grammar hand-outs and exercises. Lessons can range from beginners, learning essential grammar, to intermediate and advanced levels. Lessons will be certainly customized for your language needs. A guided walking tour around the city (3-5 hrs) is also available for you to get to know every corner of the city, including view points, tourist attractions, market area, old part of the city and museums, as well as less explored areas. (60 Bs/hr) We are a very friendly family, consisting of a husband, wife and two children (5,12). Guest access Our guests have access to the kitchen, sun room, computer, dvd player, stereo and cable tv. We watch films every night in our large screen tv and sometimes we cook together in the evenings. During your stay We interact with the guests most of the time: during breakfast and lunch time, in the afternoons we could go to the market or the park together, sometimes we go to the football stadium for a match or watch a movie in the evenings. Every now and then, we sing in karaoke in our large-screen tv.
