This sweet completely renovated 2 bd/1ba 1940"s Officer Barracks is now the perfect vacation getaway! Super close to awesome fishing, beaching, boating, seafood restaurants, shopping & chillin. 3 miles to St. James Bay Golf Resort, 4 miles to Carrabelle, 8 miles to public beach. 31 miles to St. George Island, 34 miles to historic Apalachicola! Large fenced yard w/gas fire pit and BBQ grill. The whole family will love staying at Gone Fishing. Pet friendly with Pre-approval Only and $75 pet fee. The space A spacious outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax with a gas fire pit, fish cleaning table, outdoor eating for six and a large gas grill all ready to grill your fresh catch! There is also an outdoor shower when you come in from the beach. There are only 6 guests allowed to stay here. You will have your own fenced in yard to back your boat into or to let your small dog run. One small dog is allowed with Owners Approval Only and a $75 pet fee. You must notify me that you are bringing a pet and give pet details. Pet rules, must crate pet when leaving in the house alone, must use waste bags, and a leash outside the fenced yard, and use doggie blankets provided to protect furniture and linens. Guest access Entire condo and large fenced yard. Other things to note The gorgeous white sand public Carrabelle beach is only 8 miles away. Bring your boat. You can be swimming at Dog Island within 30 minutes!
