Winter is great for snowmobiling with the main ATV and snowmobile trails less than 1 km away. Summer for non motorized and water activities as the ocean is typically very calm here. Spring time you can watch the lobster fishing in the Bay of Chaluer and of course the breath taking fall colours are a must see. You will experience a whole new level of comfort here. There is plenty of space in all areas where you can decompress and enjoy. With over 220’ of direct waterfront, with a pebble beach great for discovering sea glass. Breath taking views of the ocean that can be seen from all common spaces, you don’t have to leave the property to enjoy an oceanfront get away. You can ride your ATV directly to NB Trails, the skidoo trails are close by and there is endless hiking in the area. Our beach here is rocky and great for aqua-life adventures but remember to bring your water shoes. Sandy beaches are less than 1 km away in either direction at Beresford beach or Nigadoo beach. There are 3 acres of treed land between you and the main road that creates a private and peaceful get away. This is a non-smoking, no parties, and non pet friendly rental (this includes all service and emotional support animals due to hosts medical health issues). Be sure to indicate how many guests will be staying. The main house rental = 3 queen beds for up to 6 people. You can also make up the queen chest bed. Add the LOFT= another queen bed, pull out sofa, work space, sitting area and TV (additional $75 per night) If you need a bit more space, there is a charming private beach house at the water’s edge that is perfect for grandparents, teens, or a peaceful retreat-within-a-retreat. Just east off rue Principale and a short drive or beach walk to the Beresford beach, Nigadoo beach and Petit Rocher wharf. The house is located within 1 km from the snowmobile trail systems and has direct connection to the NB Trail system. With advanced notice, there is the option of adding additional sleeping options (queen chest bed, queen pull out, single pull out and queen blow up beds in the office or one of the basement living room spaces). Other things to note This location must be seen to be appreciated. Once experienced, you will want to come back. There is a small fish shack/beach house on the north east of the property that can be added to this rental (summer only). Booking it can be coordinated by messaging the host. There is mackerel and sea bass fishing off the shore. Bring your fishing gear and non motorized toys to enjoy the sea. If you come in the fall, there is direct access to the quad bike trails. The winter has many ski, fat bike and snowshoeing trails. There is a screened in gazebo on the deck for your comfort.
