Condo in Mount Crested Butte

The East River Rendezvous is the perfect place for your family to gather for a weekend in Crested Butte! Enjoy a 2 minute walk to the lifts, stunning mountain views and a large shared hot tub! The space **Please read and agree to all of the disclosures at the bottom of the listing description prior to submitting a booking request.** The East River Rendezvous is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just a couple minutes walk from the Base Area! Enter in the main sleeping floor which includes the Primary Bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bath and large entry closet on this level. Although we do have a fun loft, accessed by a ladder, that offers a dedicated workspace - we do not recommend anybody use it unattended as the access can be extremely dangerous . Head down the (admittedly tight) stairs to the main living area. This space is so special with massive windows that frame Mount Crested Butte - you can watch the skiers coming down the mountain! Also in this space is a glass enclosed, wood-burning fireplace that makes the condo the ultimate cozy basecamp for your ski or biking vacation. The West Elm couch doubles as a sleeper sofa with a gel mattress. The kitchen is located on this lower level as well; we have most everything you could need to prepare meals for the entire group (blender, crock pot, drip coffee maker, plenty of dishes and silverware). Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. The second and final bath is located on this level as is a large utility closet. Utilize the spacious ski locker in the hallway outside of the unit to store skis, boots, gear when not in use! This unit includes a plethora of baby supplies including: baby gate, Bumbo booster seat/eating tray, 2-seater Butler that can be pushed or attached to a bike, and a pack-and-play with bedding. DISCLOSURES: STAIRS DISCLOSURE: There is no elevator in this complex. There are 4 flights of stairs (47 steps!) between the parking lot and the unit itself. In Winter months these can be icy and relatively steep. AC DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this building, nor in most of Gunnison County. PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. PARKING DISCLOSURE: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! HOT TUB DISCLOSURE: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced. The hot tub area is shared with the rest of the building. The laundry facility is also shared with the building and is coin operated; coins are not provided.
