The Studio Bungalow

The Bungalow is in the heart of the media center next to Warner Brother Studios, Universal Studios, Burbank Studios and more. It is just 10 minutes from the Hollywood Bowl and Manns Chinese Theater. You can walk to MANY restaurants and grocery stores as well as shops and a drugstore. It is 1 block from a large outdoor free exercise park and close to great hikes. It's close to Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood, and the 134, 101, 170 & 5 Freeways & metro & bus stops. The space Our little guest house is quaint and in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to many attractions in Los Angeles. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything you might need to cook as well as bake. We also have an espresso machine, a Kurig coffee, a french press and a small pour over carafe so you can have whatever kind of coffee you prefer. There is an electric tea kettle as well as an air popcorn machine. We provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn and we usually have at least one packet of oatmeal in there so you have something to start your day before you've had time to get to a store. We live in the front/main house and the guest house is just behind it on our property. So we are easily accessible should you need something. The large size toaster oven is also an airfryer. There is also an Insta Pot, a microwave and a 2 burner stove. There is a washer/dryer combo as well. We also provide of course towels, sheets, pillows etc. There is shampoo and conditioner and soap as well as paper towels and toilet paper. But please ask if there is something you need. Guest access You will enter through the side gate and have your own keycode for your stay. The guest house bungalow also has it's own private patio. Other things to note FREE, ample, street parking. This is a perk in Los Angeles!
