Description

This an attic apartment of an 1876 house in the West Wash Park/Baker/South Broadway/Speer neighborhood. It comes fully furnished with THREE queen size beds (1 is a pull-out​ couch.) Our property is an LGBTQIA+ safe space. We have shifted to 30+ day rentals only. Please review listing for more information, or reach out with any questions and we are happy to discuss! Cleaning fee is higher due to the length of stay and cost of deeper cleaning needed for next guest. The space My partner Robert and I own the apartment community giving you the benefit of having us on site incase you need anything! The apartment is in the attic of a 1876 year old farm house, so there is some old charm with modern finishes. This is NOT a party house. If you are booking to party late into the night, this unit is not for you. We live below this unit and appreciate your understanding of the rules and quiet time. If you have children, please do not allow them to run around upstairs. The kitchen has most basic utensils for you to cook a full meal. Bathroom includes q-tips, and cotton balls. There is a luggage rack and clothes hangers in the walk-in closet of the large bedroom and small closet in second bedroom. The house is part of two other properties that all share a common courtyard in the back. We do not provide any food items, coffee, or bathroom toiletries. We provide four toilet paper rolls and one roll of paper towels, enough to get your month+ long stay started. The property is 420 friendly (with restrictions). Please inquire about smoking rules. Includes: Iron Ironing Board Hair Dryer Luggage Rack Hangers Electric Tea Kettle Toaster Microwave Coffee Maker (no coffee supplied) TV w/ Apple TV with Netflix, HULU, any other app you would like to use Hiking Books Washer and Dryer IN UNIT! Guest access Guest will be provided with the apartments front entrance code a few days prior to arrival (yay! no keys!) Guests also have access to the front porch of the house facing Lincoln St. Other things to note This apartment is right off Lincoln St which is a heavier traffic street, however you will hear minimal street noise with the new windows in the interior bedroom, and a bit more noise in the smaller bedroom facing Bayaud Ave, but it is not bad. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs just in case. Directly in front of the apartment is the local 0 Bus stop, so there will be many people at the stop at various times of the day, especially rush hour times. It is the joys of living in the city.
