Large windows overlooking the pond provide breathtaking views of the water, sunsets and foliage. The home is easily accessible to local shopping and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The space The home has 3 bed rooms: 1 large master bedroom with California King bed, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and toddler bed, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. Each bedroom boasts a view of the water. There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower) as well as washer/dryer. The living room is set up with a smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney+. The kitchenis equipped with necessary cookware and utensils. The home does have toys for children aged 2-5 and a small selection of children's books for bedtime stories. Guest access In addition to the home, guest can enjoy the patio with gas grill as well as complimentary use of water tubes, kayak, paddle board and floats. Other things to note We strongly encourage guests to bring water shoes for swimming in the pond.
