You will have a beautiful area of 52 m2 including a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a large living room area with very comfortable sofa bed and armchair, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the ground floor. The beautiful room has a desk and a 160 bed. You will also find a shower, towel dryer and washing machine. The space The rental includes the 52 m2 apartment. Guest access You have direct access to the apartment from the street. Other things to note The apartment must be returned in a clean state with the garbage taken out, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of €30.
