Luxurious private suite in shared home. Make a new friend by inviting another guest to one of the walkable neighborhood restaurant/bars. Soak in your private bath tub after a long day of exploring. There are two yoga mats for your yoga/workout practices! Please Note: No drugs and/or smoking on property of any kind. The space Our stylish home in FOPO has an open kitchen fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. With appliances such as air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, etc. you should have no trouble whipping up any meal you crave. Guest access Feel free to use common spaces at your leisure, just make sure to clean up after yourself. Common spaces include: - living room - dining room - kitchen - back & front yard - laundry room (outside the hrs of 11AM-3PM) During your stay The house is usually pretty quiet, but we do have adventure outing days and movie/board game nights in, as much as our schedules allow! If I am not home, I am always available via call or text. Other things to note House Rules: - Clean up after yourself in common areas - respect shared spaces for other guests. - Quiet hours are from 11PM-6AM. - No drugs and/or smoking on property of any kind - $200 fine. - Parking in driveway is first come first serve - Laundry is unavailable between 11AM-1PM for housekeeping purposes. Please plan accordingly. - Let me know if you need the temperature to be adjusted. - For long stays, we will need to get into the room about once a week to water the plants in there. - Messaging response not guaranteed from 9PM-9AM.
