Enjoy access to the full property with a large fenced backyard and back porch. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 8 minutes from downtown Champaign. You will enjoy access to a 3 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 on each floor) sunny upper sitting room, lower basement entertainment area/gym, kitchen, backyard and patio. Free parking is available on driveway or on street. Access to washer/ dryer. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea throughout! The space The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac just ~8 minutes from Campus town and Downtown Champaign. Walking distance to Artmart for coffee, artisan cheeses, wine and specialty gifts. It is just a short cab/Uber or bus ride to local dining and shopping areas, music venues and lovely parks! There are 2 bedrooms located on the upper level with a full bathroom (tub/shower) directly across the hallway. TV has Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime & PBS. Pull the blackout shades down for a comfortable and restful nights sleep. The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower level with black out shades, a comfortable bed and closet space. Just around the corner you will have a full private bathroom with a tub and shower. The basement is set up as a dance studio so there is plenty of room for activities! Upstairs you'll find a sunny sitting room perfect for sipper coffee & reading a book. Weather permitting, the back yard and patio feel like an oasis. Enjoy the grille and firepit! You are free to cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen. I want to make your stay in Champaign as enjoyable as it can be. I am local to this area and am full of suggestions for fun things to do and try! I can make myself available at your convenience. Guest access You are welcome to access all living spaces throughout your stay. A key box and code will be provided. Upon entering the front door, go upstairs for access 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and back patio. Go downstairs for 3rd bedroom, laundry room, entertainment/ dance studio and full bathroom. Other things to note I have a 10 day stay maximum currently.
