Nottingham House

Welcome to the Nottingham House a cozy cottage nestled in the woods of the beautiful community of Sherwood Forest! Walk out your door and enjoy 20 miles of hiking trails. Take a dip in the lake, or the seasonal heated swimming pool. Drive just 8 miles to gorgeous downtown Brevard and take a stroll to one the many awesome and unique shops and grab a bite to eat at one of the amazing restaurants. Visit a few or many of the over 240 waterfalls that Transylvania county has to offer! The space The Nottingham house is a two bedroom two bath house. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. You will have access to a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is also a garage available to store your bikes in. Guest access Parking for two vehicles. Other things to note We are a pet friendly rental but please clear pets with us first. Sorry NO CATS DOGS ONLY! Thanks!
