Our shared home is warm, clean & unique, a relaxing home with character, somewhere to unwind; it is our intention to keep it that way! Hence we will no longer accept bookings for Exclusive Use. BUT if you are looking for a good value home away from home for up to 6 adults, in four bedrooms with use of all of our homes facilities; kitchen, living areas, garden and parking then either read on or look at our own individual listings page on Airbnb: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/users/27638897/listings The space To retain our homes homely atmosphere, and for your own peace of mind, whilst all of our 4 Airbnb bedrooms has it's own unique separate listing on Airbnb we rarely have all four listings occupied at the same time unless booked as a group. Without falling under the house in multiple occupation ( HMO ) bracket, our maximum capacity for a larger group is 6 adults in 4 bedrooms. Subject to availability each bedroom can be booked either separately for individuals and/or smaller groups. Our adaptable flexible approach, coupled with our own and your own comfort and enjoyment, is always and will always remain forefront in our mind and will always be extremely important to us. As a guest in our home, whilst you would NOT have exclusive use of our home (both I and our rescue dog Toby would be here and/or my son or family/friends, we are all discreet), YOU WOULD HAVE full use of our kitchen, living room, dining room, 'Toby's Den' and our sunny south facing garden with Braai (BBQ). We also have off road private parking. Whilst listed as a single room, on it's own individual listing, for your own flexibility, if you are a group, booking all of our rooms then our Hidden Treasure bedroom could possibly accommodate 2 persons here, rather than using our Chic/Retro Single bedroom. In addition to your own bedroom/s you can spread your wings and use our clean modern kitchen which has top of the range appliances including a microwave, washing machine and iron. You will also have access to our living room, separate dining room to work and/or relax with a meal, plus there is always our beautiful sunny secluded South facing garden with Braai (BBQ). And 'Toby's Den' with honesty bar. For breakfast there is a choice of cereals and marmalade and preservers etc. in the cupboard which you may also help yourself to and also a large variety of coffees, including fresh filtered coffee, our selection of teas including Herbals and hot chocolate. For toast we generally tend to buy our guests brown bread, but if you prefer white we can get some in...... Other things to note Should you have any questions at all, or if it is just a few local tips you need for restaurants, shops, travel etc. just ask? Or if there is anything specific you’d like to make your stay more comfortable and/or you have forgotten something, please just let us know? We have electronic adaptors for the UK’s odd British plugs, hairdryers, umbrellas (which hopefully you won’t need), a colour printer, scanner and fax, Oyster cards that you can top up in London and also spare toothbrushes…… If it is swimming towels you after, we have them too, plus an enviable assortment of picnic boxes, cool boxes, ice bricks, Tupperware and special sets of picnic/office cutlery (which are not kept in the kitchen) to borrow and return. Without any exception please do not remove or borrow any of our kitchen cutlery or utensils.
