This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers a fully-stocked kitchen with items such as a large waffle-maker, Keurig, and griddle for making decadent breakfast items! There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, a 43-inch smart TV, a fenced yard, a fire pit and a 2 person inflatable kayak in the shed as well as two nice bikes for guest use! Sleeps 4 This home is near a myriad of recreational activities, including golfing (less than half a mile from golf course) and scenic Leo Adler River path along the Powder River for walking and biking! Phillips Reservoir is a short 15 miles and offers a lovely spot for kayaking and paddleboarding, as well as a scenic 13 mile bike loop that follows the waters edge. The space includes a good-sized private fenced yard, small deck with a patio table for eating outdoors, and lots of green space for children and pups to run and play! We live nearby and are accessible in-person as well as by phone or text. We love meeting guests and are happy to offer in-person greeting and introduction to home if desired, but self check-in is the normal process for guests, unless otherwise requested The neighborhood has several other Airbnb’s on the block so lots of travelers and adventurers in the area! The bikes included with your stay are a fun way to check out the town and enjoy the river path which is just a few minutes from the house on bike. The setting is accessible to the river path and downtown, with both being just a short 5-10 minute walk from the house. Baker City is a lovely town to both walk and bike in and many people and 4-legged friends enjoy the Leo Adler pathway that meanders through the downtown area, following the Powder River. We have several items on hand to accommodate families with young children and infants including a stroller, baby bathtub, high chair seat and numerous baby bathing items and accessories. There are also complimentary toiletry items such as new toothbrushes and toothpaste in hall closet. Guests are not expected to clean prior to check-out; the cleaning deposit covers cleaning!
