Discover the charm of our cabin, Forrest River, located on our 47 acre tree farm, Forrest in the Smokies. With abundant room for everyone, indoors and outdoors, it's the perfect place to bring the whole family together for a memorable getaway. Our cabin comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests with 3 bathrooms and ample parking space. We're 17 minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Our beautiful property offers plenty of outdoor space for all your activities and adventures. While you're here, take advantage of the fire pit and grill for some outdoor cooking and relaxation. Inside, the kitchen boasts brand new appliances and ample room to prepare delicious meals. The dining room comfortably seats 10 or more, making it an ideal place for gatherings. The cabin itself sleeps up to 18 guests across 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and 2 queen sofa beds. For our tiniest guests, we've even added 2 portable cribs. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for your entertainment. Upstairs, our game room features an air hockey table and a chalkboard wall for some indoor fun We are currently working on building up our walking trails in the back half of the property. Feel free to play in the creek, pick blackberries, and apples if the season allows. We provide several lawn games, a fire pit with seating, picnic tables, and a grill for your outdoor entertainment. We live locally. If there is ever anything we can help with, please reach out. No neighborhood here! Lots of graveled driveway with plenty of room for multiple cars. Our serene location offers plenty of acreage, and while we do our best to limit encounters to our human guests, occasional wildlife visits can happen. If you ever encounter any unwanted critters during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll promptly address the situation. While it's exciting to spot bears, they can be mischievous, so remember to keep all trash securely stored in the shed across from the cabin and ensure the door is closed. Also, remove all food from your car to prevent any curious bears from exploring it.
