Situated on the first floor of a private block of small apartments, Heather Apt has 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has twin beds, the second bedroom is a double and the third small bedroom is also a double. The living diner has a smart TV and FREE high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for holiday dining including a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and enough cutlery, crockery and glasses for everyone staying. There is also a washing machine available for guests to use. Parking is on street, but readily available. Access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. It is also approximately 10 minutes walk to Warwick House (wedding venue) and just 10 mins by car from Junct 12 M40 at Gaydon, 10 min from HS2 compounds at Ladbroke, 15 mins from Leamington train station. You are also close to the Fosse Way, a 40 minute drive will see you in Moreton-in-Marsh or Chipping Camden, the heart of Cotswold country. Alternatively, 30 minutes in the opposite direction will take you to Birmingham, with its NEC and airport. Situated with close proximity to Warwick, Leamington, Banbury, Rugby, Daventry, and Coventry with easy access to the M40 just 10 mins away. Also close by are several HS2 compounds.
