Modern self contained "Garden Retreat” Annexe

We would love to welcome you to our sunny, warm & private annexe set within our garden. This accomodation is located in a quiet, respectful, residential, friendly & caring neighbourhood. We are very well placed to access the city but just as close to the countryside in the opposite direction. We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service. The space This is a self contained annexe located within the garden of our house. The Garden Retreat comprises a double bed with pocket sprung mattress, bedside lamp, a clothes rail with hangers, storage boxes, towels, a full length mirror, hairdryer, iron, bin, complementary wifi, a Smart TV from which you can log into your own Netflix, Prime video accounts or ask to use ours. There is a kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities & a microwave. Toaster is available on request. There is a table & two chairs suitable for dining or working from. Use of the garden is available, however,please be aware that we & dogs that occassionally use the garden too. Guest access There is free on street parking for guests ( the driveway is used by the hosts). Access onto the premises are via the gate which is located on the drive. The Garden Room is totally self contained, with your own private entrance. We would love to welcome you upon arrival, but if this not possible, you will be provided with your own personal access code so you can check in from 3pm at your convenience. The annexe is completely separate from our house. You are welcome to use our garden but the main house is off limits. Free on street parking available. Great transport links - an easy bus ride to the City centre Other things to note Our accomodation is not suitable for Self Isolation. We do not have a washer or dryer available in the Garden Room, but there is a laundrette very close by. A travel cot is available on request A toaster is available on request For guest safety there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm in the Garden Room. There are 2 small steps to enter the accomodation. No additional guests/visitors Entering the accommodation respectfully & quietly out of respect to our neighbours. Noise after 10pm to be considerate as this is a quiet residential area
