In the old Knights Templar village of Germasoyia in Limassol, lies an old stone house which is full of character and history. The house has 2 separate apartments, this appartment, Kalimera, has a fully equipt kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer gas hob electric oven which can accommodate 2 to 4 adults, a baby's cot. Pretty and private courtyard garden where you can sit to enjoy its peace and tranquility. The beach is a few minutes car ride, shops, coffee shops, eateries. The space Kalimera is a private apartment with kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom The appartment has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, diswasher and fridge freezer. There is a gas hob and electric oven. Coffee filter and coffee machine is available. Outside there is a courtyard with seating together with gas bbq. All towels are provided including extra beach towels. There is fast wifi a large tv aircon for cooling and heating. We are happy to provide breakfast, cleaning and shampoo at additional cost. Guest access Guests may access their property separately. Other things to note We do like to invite our guests to dinner at our house if they can spare an evening.
