Guest access 🗝 Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio during their stay, ensuring privacy and comfort. You’ll also have free parking on-site and secure entry to the property. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we’re just a message away if you need any assistance. Electricity Usage Policy Electricity consumption is capped at ₱3,000 per month. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged to the guest. A copy of the electricity bill will be provided for reference, and payment for the excess usage is due upon notification. Security Deposit: For stays of 25 nights or more, a ₱3,500 security deposit is required. It’s fully refundable if there’s no damage and electricity use stays within the monthly ₱3,000 cap. Usage is based on actual consumption during your stay and prorated by night. Any excess will be deducted from the deposit. . Weekly Cleaning and Linen Change: For guests staying more than a week, the unit will automatically undergo cleaning and a change of linens and towels every week to maintain cleanliness. An additional charge of ₱500 may apply if the unit is excessively messy.
