Private waterfront cottage 15 mins north of Owen Sound on the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. With a 150 feet of shoreline shared only with a neighbouring cottage, enjoy the stunning sunrises, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, kayak, paddle board, go fishing or have a camp fire and stargaze. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi. The space Recently updated, the cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a real double bed mattress with a pull out twin bed underneath it. The smaller bedroom has a twin mattress and is not private because one has to go through it to get to the bathroom. The modern yet rustic and comfy sitting area looks out through a wide bank of windows to the gorgeous view over the water. Now with mini split AC! Have extra people? NEW! Read a book in privacy in your own hammock, relax on your patio or hang out next to the waterfront. In the evening make a fire in the fire pit or just gaze at the stars. In the warmer months help yourself to the watercraft in the garage. There's two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, a two person row boat and a canoe. You will also find a fishing rod in the garage and some assorted tackle. Other things to note This cottage is ideal for for one person, a couple or a family with up to two kids. The layout is such that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom and that bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom. therefore, the occupant of the second bedroom does not have privacy from those in the master bedroom who come through to use the bathroom.
