The sea at the end of the garden! Family home with view and direct access to the beach of Piriac, pretty town of character. Everything within walking distance: shops, harbor, sailing school... Note: the garden is shared. On the ground floor, 1 living room with triple orientation, 2 bay windows with sea view and garden view, integrated kitchen, living room, dining room. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet. NB: Linens and towels will be provided. Beds made for check-in. The space Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, sea view, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, sea view + balcony Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be joined together, garden view + balcony Guest access The house is independent. You'll have access to all the rooms Other things to note In 2020, we completely renovated this house built in 1930. We tried to keep the original charm while offering a current level of comfort. You should note that the garden is shared: we each have a more specifically dedicated place but we are required to pass by your side to go to the garden shelter and you are required to cross our part to access the sea. At the end of the stay, the cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant; if you do not want to do the cleaning, we will find a cleaning lady for a fee of €70.
