1.5 hours from Paris, a renovated 200 m2 farmhouse on 1600 m2 of land, offering all the comforts for a stay of up to 14 people (adults and children combined). The house has a large entrance, a living area of 70 m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms. At the back of the house, a beautiful plot with semi-buried trampoline, slide, soccer goal... And on one side of the house, an uncovered, heated pool accessible from May 28, 2025 to the end of September. The space The house has a large entrance, a living area of 70 m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor: - a large entrance, - a bright living area consisting of a kitchen, a dining room with table + extension that can accommodate up to 14 people, and a living room with corner sofa, - a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, - a master suite: a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet, - one bedroom with a sofa bed, bunk beds, and 1 single bed. Upstairs: - one bedroom with 140 cm double bed, - one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, - a dormitory room with a 160 cm double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a heater if necessary, - a bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside: - At the front of the house: terrace, paved and tarred parking area (up to 4/5 cars), landscaped area. - At the back of the house: a wooden terrace with pool and waterfall, garden with swing, soccer goal, semi-underground trampoline. - On one side of the house: uncovered swimming pool (8 m x 4 m), accessible and heated from beginning of June to end of September. - The exterior of the house is being renovated: the land is not completely fenced, some facades have not yet been redone. At your disposal: - Board games, games for children - Deckchair, garden furniture, barbecue - Childcare equipment on request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub). - Dish towels and bath mats are provided. - New: we offer sheets for rent (€50), they will be offered to you for stays of 3 nights minimum. - Towels are not provided. - Optionally, possibility to decorate the living room for a particular event (Easter, birthday...). For more information, contact me! The house is independent and the pool is completely private. You will have exclusive access to the entire property and grounds (access to the dressing room, workshop, back kitchen and mezzanine will be closed). It is ideal for couples with children and for families who want to meet and enjoy the countryside for a weekend or vacation. You will cohabit with our 2 free-range dwarf chickens, our gecko, and the goldfish in the outdoor pond. These animals will live in perfect autonomy during your stay. However, if, for the children's happiness, you wish to feed them during your stay, let us know, we will leave everything you need at your disposal. Throughout the year, weekend rentals are possible (from Friday evening to Sunday evening or adapted if extended weekend). Nearby: - within 500 m, 5 minutes' walk, you will find a city with boules court, children's games, soccer/basketball court, fitness trail. - around the village, for family walks, walks or runs: hedgerow ecomuseum trail (3.5 km). - In Arrou, 5 minutes by car: swimming in summer (small body of water with a sandy beach), mini-golf - In Brou, 10 minutes by car: large renowned market every Wednesday morning, its "Les Nouveaux Amis du Cheval" riding club (riding club on the edge of the large Lake Brou with very nice views). - In Châteaudun, 15 minutes by car: castle, Foulon caves, open-air café in summer, cinema, karting track, canoeing/kayaking club (possible walks for an hour or for the day to discover nature along the water).
