1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, a renovated former farmhouse of 200 m² on 1600 m² of land, offering all the comforts for a stay of up to 14 people (adults and children combined). The house has a large entrance, a living space of 70m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms. At the back of the house, there is a beautiful yard with a semi-in-ground trampoline, slide, soccer goal... And on one side of the house, there is an uncovered, heated swimming pool that is accessible from the beginning of June to the end of September. The space The house has a large entrance, a 70 m2 living area, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor: - a large entrance, - a bright living space composed of a kitchen, a dining room with a table + extension that can accommodate up to 14 people, and a living room with a corner sofa, - a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, - a master suite: a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet, - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a sofa bed, and a single loft bed. Upstairs: - one bedroom with a 140cm double bed, - one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, - a dormitory bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a daybed if needed, - a bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside: - At the front of the house: terrace, paved and asphalted parking area (up to 4/5 cars), landscaped feature. - At the back of the house: a wooden terrace with a pond and waterfall, a garden with a swing, a soccer goal, and a semi-in-ground trampoline. - On one side of the house: an uncovered swimming pool (8 m x 4 m), accessible and heated from the beginning of June to the end of September. - The exterior of the house is being renovated: the property is not fully fenced, and some facades have not yet been redone. At your disposal: - Board games, children's games - Deckchair, garden furniture, barbecue - Childcare equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub). - Dish towels and bath mats are provided. - Sheets are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. - Bath towels are provided (1 per person). - In season, pool towels are provided (1 per person). - Optionally, the living room can be decorated for a special event (Easter, birthday, etc.). For more information, contact me! The house is independent and the pool is completely private. You will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation and the property (access to the dressing room, the workshop, the back kitchen and the mezzanine will be locked). It is ideal for couples with children and for families who want to get together and enjoy the countryside for a weekend or vacation. You will share the space with our 2 free-range dwarf chickens, our gecko, and the goldfish in the outdoor pond. These animals will live in complete autonomy during your stay. However, if, to the delight of the children, you would like to feed them during your stay, let us know, and we will leave everything you need at your disposal. Weekend rentals are possible year-round (from Friday evening to Sunday evening or adapted if it's a long weekend). Nearby: - Within 500 m, a 5-minute walk, you will find a sports complex with a boules court, children's games, a soccer field/basketball court, and a fitness trail. - Around the village, for family strolls, walking or running: the Écomusée de la Haie trail (3.5 km). - In Arrou, 5 minutes by car: swimming in summer (small body of water with a sandy beach), mini golf - In Brou, a 10-minute drive: a large, renowned market every Wednesday morning, its riding club "Les Nouveaux Amis du Cheval" (equestrian club on the edge of the large Lake Brou with very nice views). - In Châteaudun, 15 minutes by car: castle, Grotte du Foulon caves, open-air café open in summer, cinema, go-kart track, canoe-kayak club (trips possible for an hour or for the day to discover nature along the water).
