Just mins to Culinary Institute of America and Marist College; perfect for parents attending graduations or orientations , FDR Presidential Library, Vanderbilt Mansion and Walkway over the Hudson all within mins away. The space This beautiful newly renovated ranch has 2 bedrooms and a good size bathroom with laundry unit; fully equipped kitchen with outdoor fenced in patio. There's a 2 good size sofas for guests in the living room to hang out and watch the ball games. There is a dining table will seat 4 people and 2 extra bar stools with island in the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have full access to this cozy home; full equipped kitchen, outdoor patio Laundry unit with laundry supplies are all for guests to use. Other things to note Please adjust temperature prior departure--60 for winter; 75 for summer Wifi info is on the back of the front door Leave dirty dishes, linens and towels to me SORRY NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED Please no exotic and greasy food cooking in kitchen; my kitchen is not design for heavy cooking.
