Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy. The space Settle in to your cozy Troy, Ohio home base! Ideally located close to the heart of downtown Troy (about a 15 minute walk), and also near the interstate, this space is easy to get to and close to just about everything you'd want to do in Troy. With parking on site and on the street it's a breeze getting in an out. Natural light abounds with a large east facing window for plenty of morning sun. Darkening shades are also provided for nighttime and privacy. The room has it's own heating and cooling along with a ceiling fan so you can set the temperature for your comfort. A 55" flat screen TV with a Roku stick provides access to all your streaming services and also local channels over the air. A microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker (Keurig and regular) are provided for your convenience. K-cups, tea, and bottled water is available so you don't have to bring your own. For business or school travelers an executive desk is available with plenty of room to plug in and get to work. Your entrance to the room is through the breezeway, which contains a loveseat, bookshelf, and dart board. Feel free to use this space if you'd like! Choose a book to read, or have a round of darts! It is a shared space, but we typically avoid it to give our guests more privacy. We love living here in Troy and can't wait to share our home with you. Guest access Guests have access to a large master suite, bath, and private entrance through the back of the house. Other things to note Entrance to our space is through our back yard. There is not a paved walkway to get to the door. This may be a problem for guests with limited mobility.
