Three bedroom apartment , located in surfers paradise Prime location , walking distance to the beach , restaurants , shops and the tram . Comes with two car parks . Located in the trilogy apartment building, facilities include pool, spa , sauna, gym . The kitchen , bedrooms and main bathroom have been recently renovated . This is my family home, so comes with every you need for a comfortable stay. The space 3 spacious rooms , one with walk in robe and ensuite . The other two Built in robes Guest access The tram is 2 minueted away from the apartment Other things to note One bathroom has not been renovated . Otherwise everything else has been done in the last 8months. Also please keep in mind this is my home , there are items around like in the wash house etc . There's some drawing marks on walls etc . If you want to stay somewhere that hasn't been lived in I suggest you stay somewhere else . Thank you xx
