Located in a rural village on the Weavers Way through walk, with a 20 minute drive to Norwich city centre, a 20 minute drive to Yarmouth sea front & lots more. The space Your home away from home was once the kitchens for our old village school home. The dinner ladies are now gone and the space has been renovated as a 1 bedroom, 2 bath (one with shower) guest house. Though it shares a (very thick) outside wall with the rest of the school, it is completely separate with its own entrance, private outside areas and dedicated off-street parking. LOUNGE/DINING AREA Relax in this cosy room after a long day exploring the area. Included is a 50" smart TV offering terrestrial channel viewing and unlimited wifi access for your subscription services, simulated fire, books and games. The sofa pulls out into a small double bed for accommodating extra guests along with an additional shower room. The dining area is set with 2 chairs but more can be provided to seat up to four. KITCHEN The new kitchen is fully equipped for making gourmet meals with fan oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, kettle, utensils and cutlery. BEDROOM You'll find peace and tranquility in the bedroom with king-sized bed with Emma mattress. There is plenty of hanging space and drawers and a separate desk with lamp and chair if you need to work. There is a private patio just outside the French doors perfect for morning coffee. The ensuite is equipped with a walk-in shower. ENSUITE Enjoy a bath in the Japanese-style soaking tub in your newly remodelled ensuite. LOUNGE BATH Just remodelled, this bath has a walk-in shower. OUTSIDE Relax and watch the sunset or dine alfresco from your private deck and small lawn area equipped with table chairs, charcoal BBQ (charcoal not supplied) and BBQ utensils. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, Complimentary tea and coffee is also provided. The kitchen will be equipped with dish soap, wash cloths, sponge, kitchen roll and tea towels. A dust pan and broom is also provided along with a fan for warm nights. WELCOME GUIDE: Make the most of your time in Norfolk with our welcome guide to the Norfolk Broads. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. GOOD TO KNOW You can conveniently check yourself in any time after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Dogs under 20kg are welcome at an extra charge and our Poodle, Willow will be excited to meet them. Please do remember to add them to your reservation as they cannot be accepted otherwise. Guest access You have access to the whole unit with a seamless, contact free check in via key box. Off-street parking is also provided. Outdoor lighting is controlled by motion detectors to conserve energy. Other things to note We have one other completely separate AirBNB 1 bedroom unit (the Fieldhouse) on the property. Both may be rented together for larger groups.
