Our one-story villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, terrace, garden, and private pool with barbecue offers a relaxed and bright atmosphere, perfect for an unforgettable vacation on the stunning island of Menorca. Love at first sight exists and you'll have it with Bini Sole. The space Upon entering, you will be greeted by spacious and cozy areas. The large living room invites you to relax and socialize, while the fully-equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients. With four well-distributed bedrooms, our villa is ideal for family or groups of friends. The master bedroom features a double bed and direct access to the garden, as well as a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi and bidet. The second bedroom with a double bed also has direct access to the garden. Both rooms are very bright. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. And in the same hallway, there are two full bathrooms with shower that guarantees comfort and privacy for all our guests. During hot summer days, enjoy the pleasant breeze in our common areas, thanks to the two air conditioners that keep the villa cool and comfortable at all times. The jewel of our property is undoubtedly the lush garden and private pool, where you can spend hours of fun and relaxation under Menorca's warm sun. On the garden terrace, you will find a charming space with tables and chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals overlooking the pool and garden, while the sun loungers await you for sunbathing and relaxation. A barbecue is also available for those who wish to organize a Mediterranean-style meal. If you're looking for spectacular views, head up to the rooftop terrace and be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that this special corner of the island offers. Guest access The whole house is rented. You can access every corner of the accommodation. The pool is for your exclusive use. Please note: the maximum number of guests allowed is 8, between children over 2 years old and adults, and we will accept only one additional guest under two years old. Other things to note - By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which entered into force on December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist fee before arrival at the accommodation. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca. - Tourist tax is not included in the total amount (€2.20 person per day) - The property offers a free crib and high chair. - Recommended for families, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces - Parking is free in the streets surrounding the villa. - To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team comes twice a week. The visits are brief, discretas and only outdoors. This maintenance is essential for you to fully enjoy the villa. Usually: pool maintenance on Tuesday mornings; garden maintenance on Thursday mornings. We always advise at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
