It has plants that create a more natural and biophilic atmosphere that invites you to relax and feel good. The studio's location allows you to walk to downtown Heredia and the surrounding area in 15 minutes (1 km). The space The studio is divided into two levels and has three main areas. • Bedroom – second floor. It has a double bed, wardrobe, table and chair for working, and a TV. It is a bright and airy space, with plants that add warmth and a sense of well-being. The room overlooks the street and the surrounding green areas, and its doors and windows help block out outside noise to promote rest and concentration. • Bathroom – First floor. It has a shower with hot water, basic toiletries, and an automatic washing machine, which is very convenient for stays of several days. • Kitchen and small living room – first floor. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, induction cooktop), as well as dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils to prepare your meals. There is a breakfast bar, and you will also find a comfortable armchair to relax or read. • Connectivity: 100 Mbps fiber-optic Internet, suitable for video calls, teleworking, studying, and everyday use. Guest access The studio is in a building located on an avenue. It has a family-oriented, quiet and respectful atmosphere. The main entrance is shared with the people who occupy the other two apartments in the building. During your stay, you'll receive a key to the common entrance and another key for the exclusive use of the studio, which is completely independent. If you have any questions or needs during your stay, you can receive help quickly and promptly. Other things to note The studio's location makes it possible to walk to downtown Heredia and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes (1 km), you'll find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, medical centers, a hospital, and universities. You can easily get to the capital (San José) and to bus stops for buses going to the beach or the mountains. Juan Santamaria International Airport is approximately a 30-45 minute drive away. Options for staying active If you enjoy staying active during your stay, you'll also find free sports centers, a swimming pool, or urban spaces where you can run on a track or on the street, all within 5 to 15 minutes. In your free time, you can visit the old town, parks, the market, the farmers' market, and recreational spots located in other cantons of Heredia, 10-15 km away, such as Bosque de la Hoja, Monte de la Cruz, Cerro Danta, Volcán Barva, among others. You can get to all these places by public transport.
