Small but spacious, cozy private home with great comfort and excellent, easy access to the city center in 15 minutes. All famous city sites are in only 30 minutes distance with public transport, that is 3 or 8 minutes walking distance. The flat is ideal for 2 but can fit max 4 person. It is on the third floor (no elevator) of a building from XIXth century. The space You will find everything in the flat to give you comfort even for a long stay: fully equipped kitchen including seasonings, pots, mixer, coffee, tea, snack etc. In the bathroom: Washing machine, detergent and softener, towels, shower-gel, shampoo, toothpaste, make-up remover, hair dryer. High-speed free wifi - suitable to work if you need to, guide books in English and in German and all tourist brochures to discover actual programs, and last but not lease surely comfortable sleeping :) Guest access The whole apartment is yours - downstairs there is an american kitchen, bathroom and a living from where the sofa can be open for sleeping. The upper part fits for sleeping only, but creates a nice private separation from the main area. Everything is neat and comfy. It is 33 sq. downstairs. There is always parking space front of the building so you can easely off-load your luggage, free of charge from Friday 18.00 untill Monday 8.00. Other things to note Please note that complying with local tourist regulations, you will need to register yourself officially. Please share your email address and nationality after reservation at AIRBNB message so we can do the preparation and send you the link for the official registration site (Vendegem) Please also send full address for invoicing purposes. Please note that we will be able to share the access details of the flat on the day before arrival only after the registration is done to ensure of compliance with regulations.
