A peaceful Catalina Foothills townhome that guests describe as clean, organized, and wonderfully relaxing—perfect for recharging. ✨Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views ✨Kitchen is well stocked for real cooking ✨Shaded patio for sunrise coffee & sunset skies ✨Easy access to Finger Rock trailhead, Sabino Canyon, Loop trails & U of A ✨Garage parking for 2 cars ✨Shared community pool The space Welcome to your peaceful home base in the Catalina Foothills. As you arrive, you’ll pull into a quiet residential neighborhood that guests describe as safe, scenic, and a perfect escape from the busier parts of Tucson. Park in the two-car garage or driveway, unload at your own pace, and step into a space designed to feel like home, not just a rental. Inside, the open living and dining area give everyone room to spread out. There’s comfortable seating for gathering, a dining table for meals or laptop time, and a smart TV for cozy evenings in after hikes, campus events, or conferences. The kitchen is a major guest favorite — it’s thoughtfully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basics so you can easily prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Many guests eat most of their meals here and appreciate not having to “make do” with a half-equipped kitchen. You’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed that guests frequently praise, plenty of linens, and direct access to a bathroom. The second bedroom offers another cozy queen bed and generous storage. The third bedroom features a daybed with a trundle — ideal for kids, teens, or shorter stays. (Most adults are comfortable, but it’s best thought of as a kid-friendly or “extra” sleep space.) Bathrooms are clean, updated, and well supplied with towels and basics, so you can pack a little lighter. From the living area, step out to the private back patio — one of the most-loved parts of the home. There’s plenty of seating for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or evening chats while you watch the sunset glow on the Catalina Mountains. Guests often mention spotting local wildlife and enjoying the peaceful desert atmosphere. When you’re ready to cool off, the community pool is just a short walk away. And when it’s time to explore, the Finger Rock trailhead is mere blocks away. You’re only a quick drive to Sabino Canyon, additional local trails, the Loop, U of A, downtown Tucson, and great restaurants and groceries. Throughout your stay, you’ll be hosted by a responsive, experienced team who live locally and are happy to provide recommendations for hikes, dining, and things to do. Guest access You’ll have full access to the whole home, including the private patio, fully stocked kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Parking is easy with a two-car garage plus driveway and guest spaces. The shared community pool is just a short walk away and open for guest use. Other things to note We want you to arrive confident, settle in easily, and feel fully informed. Sleeping arrangements 2 bedrooms with queen beds 1 bedroom with daybed + trundle (two twins) The daybed/trundle works best for kids, teens, or flexible adults rather than anyone needing a very plush, standalone bed. Cleanliness & condition Our housekeeping team follows a detailed checklist for linens, floors, and surfaces. If anything is not up to standard when you arrive, please message us — we’ll address it promptly. Neighborhood & wildlife This is a quiet residential community — please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours. You may see desert wildlife (birds, lizards, the occasional harmless bug). This is normal for the area, and we treat the home regularly, but nature is part of the Sonoran desert experience. Pool & shared spaces The community pool is shared with neighbors and is just a short walk from the townhouse. Note that the pool is not heated. Please follow posted pool rules and community guidelines. Parking Two-car garage available to keep your car cool and shaded. Driveway parking plus nearby guest parking. Hosts & communication You may see messages from more than one name (e.g., William "Bill", Connie, or another co-host) — we work as a team to support your stay, but your message thread stays in one place on Airbnb. We aim to respond quickly and clearly. In rare cases of Tucson monsoon storms or utility issues, we’ll communicate as we get updates and do what we can to help. Check-in & checkout Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Detailed self-check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Before you leave To help keep your Catalina Foothills townhome feeling like the calm, clean space guests love, we ask that you: Wash and put away any dishes you used Place trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins Return household items and furniture to their original spots (We handle all linens and deep cleaning between stays.)
