Health Center steps from Pool area contains a Gym, Sauna, Jazuzzi, Steam room, services such as Facials, Manicures, Spray Tanning, Pedicures, Massages & More...(services at an additional cost) Regal Palms Resort is walking distance from Publix Grocery Store , restaurants & Bars. Short Drive to Shops, Entertainment and Theme Parks. Easy access to all major highways Please Note: Each Home is assigned 2 parking spaces. Parking on street is permitted provided that there is the ability to have other vehicles pass by easily. As streets are designed for two way traffic. Absolutely No parking on Grass is permitted as well as water lines. Parking provided at Clubhouse is strictly for Owners and Guests utilizing amenities. Overnight parking at Clubhouse is prohibited. Vehicles left overnight are subject to towing at Guests expense Guest access The entire home is for guests. Other things to note Bookings from November- March for 25+ nights, resort fee is discounted at clubhouse.
