Down the road from popular waterfront Tiki Restaurant: Rivera Bar & Grill & 3 min drive downtown Punta Gorda. By boat, 10 mins to Charlotte Harbor. 40 mins by boat or car to Manasota, Boca Grande, or Venice beaches. Great farmers market, downtown Punta Gorda, Saturday mornings, fresh fruits and veggies. Close to beautiful downtown Harbor Walking Trail. Car, Bike, & Boat Beaches are 40 mins away, Englewood/Manasota, Boca Grande or Venice beach (by the pier and Sharky’s) Local visitor shopping downtown and Fisherman’s Village only 5 minutes by car. Great farmer’s market, downtown Saturday mornings. The jumping fish in the canals are mullet, they’re fun to watch. Fishing poles in laundry room. Popular, Riviera Bar & Grill a Tiki restaurant just down the road. Kindly, respect local fishing licenses and rules. For Boaters: Laishley Park & Marina with public boat ramp is about 1 mile away. Fyi from Laishley by boat to Kingfish will take about 40 mins thru Charlotte Harbor and thru canals, Kingfish is right off of Alligator Creek.Guests may leave trailer in the yard during visit, just let me know. -thank you 🌴
