Relax and enjoy your vacation days with your loved ones at this beautifully decorated, freshly remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Awake rested & refreshed in our top of the line beds along with ultra soft and comfortable bedding. The cozy & private master bedroom features king size bed with a premier purple mattress as well as a private exit through the master bathroom onto the screened in back patio. The furnished serene patio is also a perfect place to unwind. The space This home is nestled in a private neighborhood at the end of the street. It has been completely remodeled to offer comfort along with tranquil vibes. It features an open & split floor-plan living space. You'll also enjoy a large, fenced in back yard. Each room is equipped with the most comfortable beds and furnishings. The luxurious and spacious master bedroom boats the premier purple mattress. The private master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house, The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom are separated by a small hallway between them. There is a in-law suite on the property that does have a tenant in it. It is separated from the main house by a 6 ft privacy fence. The tenant has their own yard and parking area on the opposite side of the house. They is a very nice, quiet and keep to themselves. Guest access The neighborhood is peaceful and a great deal of it has recently been beautifully rebuilt since hurricane Michael in 2018. Other things to note Free WiFi is included in your stay. We are not responsible for any power outages or service interruptions of any kind if any were to occur during your stay. There is a Ring Doorbell with a camera on the front door for added security (yours & ours) that records when activated by motion. We have live and recorded video as needed though apps on our phones. There is no other recording devices on the property, but please behave as if there are. There is a in-law suite on the property that does have a tenant in it. It is separated from the main house by a 6 ft privacy fence. The tenant has their own yard and parking area on the opposite side of the house. They are very nice, quiet and keep to themselves. The unit it is in the backyard, however this is a large back yard with a tall privacy fence separating the house from the unit. The unit is about the typical distance a neighbors house would be in your average suburb neighborhood. The tenant in the unit is a quiet older gentleman that keeps very much to himself and his bonsai plants while working a full time job. You probably won’t even know he exists to be honest. Every once in a blue moon they will deliver a package of his to the front house but that should be the extent of it. Please rest assure that throughout our experience we have not had any issues with privacy or noises or anything that should disturb your stay while at the house. The plumbing in the shower of the master bath shower takes a little longer to get hot than the rest of the house for some reason? Usually takes a good minute or so for it to get nice and hot. The water from the tap heavily filtered. It is just as good if not better than the bottled water that you get from a store. The filtration system also gives the water a high pH if you are into alkaline water. The house is on a septic tank for sewage. We ask that when disposing of wipes and/or feminine products, please discard them into the waste bin and not the toilet. Please be aware of the amount of toilet paper put into toilet before flushing, double flush when using lots of toilet paper. When you purchase your own? Please ensure that it is septic safe Any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the phone number listed in the rental Unit's directions and entry instructions. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Pets: While pets are allowed there is a maximum of 2 pets allowed. 40lbs max for dogs. We ask that they are not allowed on the furniture nor the beds during your stay. If you are in need of a kennel? We can provide one as we have a large, medium and small kennel. We ask you to please clean up after your dogs when they’re taking care of their business in the yard. There is a pet deposit of $200, as soon as our cleaner gets into the house and no damages is present? Your deposit will be returned to you. Pests: Please understand, we are backed up to an old canal and in close proximity to wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife including, but not limited to: raccoon, opossums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, snakes and roly-poly's. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do ask that you try and keep the doors closed as much as possible to reduce these instances. This home is on a regular pest service schedule. However, we cannot control mother nature. We do not offer any refunds if you encounter any critters. Guest also understands that the Florida Panhandle is located in a tropical/subtropical climate, and that insects, rodents, snakes and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. -This home is in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors/neighborhood we ask that you keep the noises to a minimum. Asolutely NO loud noises or parties. If you can't be respectful and abide by these rules the authorities will be notified. You will immediately be asked to leave. Your security deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be given for the remaining nights of your reservation. -No Reservations to Adults under the age of 25 -No smoking(of any kind!), inside the house or inside the screened in porch area. There is an ashtray located outside of the screened in porch. Please keep it outside of the screened-in porch. The curtains will absorb the smoke smell. Failure to keep the porch smoke-free will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. -No use of illegal substances -No unregistered guests. A $50 charge per night will be added for every unlisted guest -Please don't block neighbor's driveway -Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors, This is a super friendly and quiet working class neighborhood. (I raised my twins in this neighborhood). -It's not necessary but we ask that you remove your shoes while in the house. We often host families with babies and crawling children and it assists in sanitation. It's appreciated but required. Thank you :) -We realize you are paying a cleaning fee but we strive to keep that fee as low as possible. With that being said we also know that you're probably on vacation. We want your stay to be as pleasant & stress free as possible. For these reasons we don't require you to jump through any hoops upon checking out. We do ask that you use your best judgement and try to help make (Lilly) Our cleaner's job as stress free as possible. -Check out time is 10:00. Please be mindful of this. Even with a 10:00 check out time the house is not easy to be properly cleaned ready by 4:00. You'll be charged $75.00 for every hour past 10:00.
