Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. You will have a large fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. A new washer and dryer is located in the bathroom of the master bedroom suite. There is a bright sunny living room with a HD Plasma TV using Roku. The second room on the third floor can be used as a game room or a quiet space to get away. This room also has a queen size futon. In total are three bedrooms (one has a queen size futon). If you have young children we also provide: a stroller, high chair, pack 'n play and toys. Evenings can be spent on the front porch, walking into town or strolling by the Mystic Seaport. The large back yard is there for the children. House is three floors - second and third floor are yours with a stairwell to your private entrance. The first floor is a quiet office, that is only used during weekdays. Our Airbnb is family run. We have lived in the area our whole life so there are a lot of out of the way places we can share with you to make your stay more than just visiting the tourist spots. Amazing location within 0.4 mile walking distance of restaurants/bars, shops, ice cream, historic drawbridge, kayaking, sunset sails on the Mystic River, bikes to ride, library, Mystic Pizza (remember the movie with Julia Roberts?) and more in Downtown Mystic. Mystic was voted the "Best Small Town" in Connecticut! Mystic Seaport is a 5 minutes walk from home. Mystic Aquarium is a 5 minutes drive. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are a 20 minute drive. Rhode Island beaches Misquamicut, Watch Hill (where Taylor Swift lives) are a short 25 minutes drive away. Block Island and Newport are great day trips.
