A cozy room in a large house, located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Guests will also have access to a comfortable tv room, and a private bathroom. DISCOUNT - I wish to extend a $25/per night discount to active, retired military personnel and veterans, and to active or retired emergency service personnel. Please contact host for details. Guest access I do rent out a second bedroom in my house through Air B&B, however it is on a separate level of the house. Each room has its own private bathroom. The only shared space of the house is the driveway and front door. Other things to note For security and safety, outdoor security cameras are in place at the front of the residence.
